In our pastry lab we use high-quality ingredients such as flour, eggs, and butter sourced from local Piedmontese farms and artisans, along with hazelnuts and saffron from our own production. Our philosophy is rooted in creating a shorter, more sustainable supply chain, aiming to highlight the quality of our sweets using the exceptional raw materials offered by our wonderful region.
Our pastry lab is also available for special events! Whether it’s a celebration, anniversary, or any other occasion, we create custom-made desserts to make every moment unique and unforgettable.

Lo zafferano è il nostro fiore all’occhiello.
Un pregiato zafferano coltivato in Langa senza l’utilizzo di ammendanti chimici e pesticidi e con una lavorazione completamente manuale. Viene raccolto, sfiorato ed essiccato nello stesso giorno per poter preservare al meglio tutte le qualità strutturali ed organolettiche del prodotto.
